Walter Herz to commercialize Blue Office complex in Warsaw

Walter Herz consulting company has been selected as the sole agent responsible for the commercialization of space in Blue Office complex, which is a complementary office part of Blue City mall in Warsaw

The five-story Blue Office office building is located at 179 Aleje Jerozolimskie Street in Warsaw, in the popular Blue City Shopping Center complex. The modern and technologically advanced office building offers 32 thousand sq m. of space for lease in modules, ranging from 500 sq m. up to 4 500 sq m.

Blue Office provides a very friendly working environment thanks to its location in the business district of Ochota, adjacent to one of the largest shopping centers in Warsaw. It provides all of the everyday services, including many restaurants and cafes, fitness club, cinema, medical center, numerous shops, a supermarket, banks, post office, and entertainment facilities.

– Blue Office users can take advantage of many discounts through the loyalty program offered by restaurants, service points, and shops located in Blue City. These amenities, special discounts, and the many practical functions gathered in this location make the complex uniquely convenient for employees and companies expecting comfortable working conditions offering a full range of services – says Tomasz Medygrał, Associate Director at Walter Herz.

– Over 70 percent of office space in Blue Office building is currently leased. There are over 9 000 sq m. of workspace available that we are working on commercializing. We are currently negotiating with potential tenants. The talks are at different stages – informs Bartłomiej Zagrodnik, Managing Partner/CEO at Walter Herz. – Standard office modules designed in the building measure 500 sq m. However, separating and arranging smaller office spaces is possible if companies report such needs. Investors interested in leasing space in Blue Office can count on a flexible approach to contracting conditions. The individual approach also applies to the lease period preferred by customers – says Bartłomiej Zagrodnik.

Blue Office is an office building that will meet the expectations of both large and smaller companies that value functional and modern offices and sustainable development in the construction industry. I am convinced that the selection of an appropriate strategy and process of commercialization professionally conducted by Walter Herz with skillfully coordinated operations will quickly bring a satisfactory result while contributing to the increase in the popularity of Blue Office on the Warsaw market – says Ron Melchet from Blue Office.

What is more, Blue Office provides a special relaxation zone with natural plants. Another advantage of the complex is the chillout room, specially designed for office users. Employees and guests of the building have access to comfortable parking. Use the bicycle infrastructure and space for organizing corporate events.
