Walter Herz expanded their consulting teams of Office, Logistics & Industrial and Investment & Hospitality departments in order to offer a comprehensive, integrated service, covering various segments of the real estate market. What is more, Piotr Krawczyk joined the WH team, taking the position of director of Logistics & Industrial department at the beginning of May 2021.

The new director of the department dedicated to the warehouse sector, who has been managing since May 2021, gained experience cooperating with Raben Group, DHL Global Forwarding and ROHLIG SUUS Logistics. He also worked for a real estate development company operating in the warehouse and production segment. Piotr Krawczyk has managed projects for many international clients, corporate tenants and individual investors. He has also commercialized logistics parks, with hundreds of thousands of square meters of leased space.
Piotr Krawczyk will be responsible for the implementation of the development strategy of Walter Herz’s Industrial & Logistic department, as well as preparation of solutions for investors, developers and tenants of industrial and logistics real estate, including preparing offer proposals, technical audit, analyzing rental costs and purchasing investment land.
