Filip Filipowicz takes the role of Consultant. Filip is a graduate of the faculty of Management with a specialization in Negotiations and Sales. He started his career in the real estate market in the residential sector, by acquiring new clients, presenting properties, conducting negotiations, etc. Before joining Avison Young, he worked at Nuvalu Polska, where he participated in the processes of relocating clients and renegotiating contracts, e.g. Free Now, Cerrad.
At Avison Young, Filip will support tenants in acquiring new office space and will also participate in contract renegotiation processes.
Avison Young in Poland launched the Office Agency business line in October 2022, acquiring a team of market experts. In his new workplace, Filip will rejoin Robert Pastuszka, Dominik Pawlak, Przemysław Urbański, Maksymilian Sobczak and Kamila Oleksiak, with whom he had the opportunity to work earlier at Nuvalu Polska.
At Avison Young, Filip will also work with Marta Sypiańska.
